Sauteed Green Beans For Dinner


                                 

Here is what my Mom cooked for dinner, it was good and to add to that is the Tuyo (Dried Fish) which i think did match well with the green beans.

Oh well maybe it is vegetable week here at home,haha. Hopefully it change next week. Maybe it will be fish week.

Ok here i list down how she cooked it.

Ingredients:

500 grams green beans, trimmed
1 onions, chopped
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
5 tablespoons water
1/4 kilo of Pork or medium shrimp
1 pc. carrots(sliced)
Fish Sauce To Taste
salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:

Add oil and saute garlic, onion in a pan.

Add pork and cook till its brown.

Add green beans,carrots and pour water then season with salt and pepper

Let it boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes or until beans are tender and crisp and a drop of fish sauce to taste

Transfer to serving plate and serve with rice and fried fish
