Quick and Easy Sautéed Vegetables Recipe

                           

Good Day EveryOne!

I am going to share now a very easy recipe that you can prepare even if you are sleeping,haha joking. But it is really easy, just like that.

We are prepararing Sauté vegetable with fried fish on the side, as always. And I have list down the ingredients below.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 kilo chicken liver
1/2 kilo cabbage,sliced into strips,removed core
2 small carrots, peeled and sliced thinly
1/2 cup water 
1 stalk of celery (slice into smaller pieces)
ground black pepper to taste
fish sauce to taste
salt to taste

Note: You can either use Pork, Shrimp or Chicken.

Procedure:

Place skillet over medium heat. Pour oil. Saute garlic until golden brown. Add chicken liver, stir-fry, about 5 minutes. Season with fish sauce, Then add carrots and celery, let it simmer.

Then add half cup of water and cabbage. Add ground pepper and salt to taste. Cook for 3 more minutes or until cabbage is half-cooked.

Let the remaining heat from the frying pan fully cooked the vegetables.

Best Serve when hot and with fried fish on the site, although not necessary.
