First Day Of May

Happy Labor Day Philippines!

Still hot or maybe hotter than yesterday but It might be raining soon as well because May is almost the start of rainy season in the Philippines, although pretty sure It would still be warm.

And It is holiday here in the Philippines, it is Labor Day. Oh well pretty sure some workers would rather go to work because it is double pay or overtime rest day for some....Actually some workers will be looking forward for every holidays, not just to rest but for a chance to have a double pay, means double their income for a day...And I think that it is really cool, who would not want that, not unless you are going somewhere today on any given holidays right.

When I used to work as a Call Center Agent, I will always be looking forward for a rest day or holiday because it  could mean....away from work and away from stressful night but then working as a CSR we are always or most of the time required to work even during holidays because that is the time when calls are more likely to increase and very seldom non (from the BPO that I used to work for). So any holiday break is always appreciated when it is given and you have a choice. So more likely if we are working on Christmas Day we will really be thankful if we are off on New Years Eve and that just the way it is :)

So I would want a double pay but then again I would want a holiday rest as well...So I guess sometimes, it is not really about the Money Money Money,haha but most of the time it is. Like take advantage when you can earn more and then just make up on other days that is not paying you double, it is gaining and not loosing anything right. Try to be as productive as you at any given time, I wish i can....:)

But then again, It is a matter how you take thing from different point of views but as for me  right now my Days Off Are As Important As Getting Double Pay, Health Is Wealth!

Anyways, we just have to be thankful that we have jobs, coz there are many who are still in search right now.
