Hello EveryOne! My day started well, sleeping and then getting up to do some task in the afternoon. Weather is just fine, not too cold today, kinda warm on my part of the world. Ok let me share what I cooked today, just for the sharing.

What I did try cooking today is Ginisang Labanos or sauteed white radish, which is a simple vegetable dish that goes well with rice and fried fish, you choice of course.

After the holidays, we really need to have a break from all those meaty and fatty food that we all love to eat and those yummy dessert. It is Veggie time, just to lessen fat a little. Healthy food is always good for the body. Oh i know those bbq time are really missed and craved for, but at least just for today, lets try white radish to satisfy your taste.

And for the vegetarian, this one for sure they would love to try. This one dish i really like aside from chopsuey.

I list down on how to cook it and it is quick, simple and easy.

3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Cooking Procedure:

Sauté garlic and onion

Once the onion becomes soft, put-in the tomato. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add the pork. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour-in water and let boil. Cover and let it simmer.

Then add in the white radish and carrot. Stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Put-in the shrimp, fish sauce, and ground black pepper. Stir and cook for 10 minutes more.

Best Serve with hot rice and fried fish.

And for dessert, ice cream, sprinkled with marshmallow.
